Vulcan Materials Fishing Trip

Fishing trip to the Lyman quarry.

 

What to bring

- Fishing pole

- Tackle (hooks, weights, swivels)

- Chair

- Book to read

- Sun Block

- Insect Spray

- Lunch

- Snacks (in a sealable bag)

- Water (half gallon at least)

- Cap (Must be a BSA or Troop 107 cap)

- Boots

- If rain possible, bring raingear

- Optional - small towel

- Optional - camera

- Optional - Needle nose pliers

 

The Plan

8:00am - Meet at the Scout House

8:15am - Leave

8:45am - Arrive at the quarry

9:00am - 11:30am Fishing

11:30am - 12:30pm Lunch

12:30pm - 2:00pm Fishing

2:15pm - Wrap up and head back

2:45pm - Back at the Scout House
